We use FedEx® exclusively as our shipper due to the extra care they take with your flowers which we find is unavailable using other shippers. Two dedicated planes from Hilo send our products to the mainland most days. FedEx® delivery days are Monday-Saturday in the vast majority of US cities, excluding their holidays. Please contact FedEx® Customer Service at 1•800•Go•FedEx (1-800-463-3339) for their exact information on delivery times from Hilo, Hawaii (ZIP 96720) to your destination on the dates you select.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Closures
Our sales offices and packing departments are closed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving through the following Sunday and Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. Orders can be placed at any time during these closures but will not be shipped until we return.
All shipping costs are included in the product prices.
You will receive an e-mail containing all needed information to track your order once your order has been placed into the shipper's tracking system. Your invoice also contains your order status link which can be used to view tracking information. You may also contact your representative to obtain this information.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 48 hours. Large orders may require more processing time. Please speak with your representative to determine processing time for your order. We highly recommend ordering well in advance for orders to be shipped for holidays.
FedEx® Shipping Time
FedEx® shipments are sent the shorter of Express Overnight or Express 2-Day from Hawaii to your destination. Some destinations require two days. Products leave our facilities on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Shipping time is in addition to the order processing time. Please speak with your representative for more complete shipping information to your destination, or visit the FedEx® website at www.fedex.com.
Selecting a Delivery Date
You may select a Delivery Date during checkout. Leave the Delivery Date field empty for an ‘as soon as possible’ delivery date, subject to our Shipping Policy. (We do not recommend leaving the Delivery Date blank.) Please speak with your representative to determine the best delivery date for your order.
Ordering and Delivery Days
For delivery on a particular weekday, please order no later than noon Hawaii Standard Time on the day shown below to allow for minimum processing and shipping times.

FedEx® does not pick up or deliver on the following days:
New Years Day
FedEx® Saturday Delivery
Enter a Saturday Delivery Date (extra fee of approximately $25 per box applies) for arrival on a Saturday. Please confirm with your local FedEx® representative if a Saturday Delivery is available to your destination. FedEx® does not deliver to Hawaii on Saturdays. Saturday delivery to Alaska is available to Anchorage only. FedEx® does not deliver to California on Saturdays due to the Saturday closure of their Department of Agriculture.
No Signature Required
All FedEx® shipments will be sent with instructions that no signature is required for delivery, regardless of any request or instructions or confirmation to the contrary. Your order may be left unattended, even in inclement weather. It is highly recommended that someone be available to accept and care for your order.
Due to the perishable nature of your order, we offer no refunds for refused shipments, returned shipments, undelivered shipments or shipments not picked up from the carrier for any reason.
Shipments to California, Arizona and Florida may be delayed due to Department of Agriculture random inspections. We do not offer any compensation for deliveries delayed by these random government inspections. If your order is going to CA, AZ or FL, please schedule your order to arrive one day sooner, or speak with your representative to find out more.
Delivery area is limited to the 50 United States
FedEx® will ship to virtually any address within the US.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in an additional $15.00/box charge, may delay your order by one day, and makes our Satisfaction Guarantee void. This charge may be applied up to 45 days after your order, when we receive the billing from the shipper.
We're sorry, but if you cancel your order for any reason we must charge a minimum administrative fee of $15 for the cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% of your order total will apply if you cancel your order less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled delivery date. An order cannot be cancelled for any reason once processing has begun, and no cancellation refunds can then be given.
